Ms. Emmeline Lee Bee Chien is the Chief Executive Officer of Pavilion Prime Trustees Berhad with responsibility for estate planning strategy and product development. Formerly a practising lawyer, she is now widely recognised in the estate planning industry as Co-founder and Chief Legal Advisor of FINEX & Co Legacy Advisory and currently serves as National Vice President of the Malaysia Estate Planning Association (MEPA).
Her profile reflects deep familiarity with wills, trusts, estate planning education and product innovation. She has led legal teams, trained estate planners and introduced market-facing solutions such as structured will-planning products and funding-calculation systems. She is also active in public education through forums, media appearances and thought leadership on legacy planning.
For Pavilion Prime Trustees Berhad, Emmeline brings valuable product vision, estate planning expertise and public-facing credibility. Her contribution is especially relevant to the design of trust-related service offerings, market education, client engagement strategy and the development of practical legacy-planning solutions aligned with the Company's fiduciary mandate.
Ms. Ng See Yew (Lily) is the Head of Compliance of Pavilion Prime Trustees Berhad. She is an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and holds a Master of Business Administration in Global Business. With legal experience spanning contentious and non-contentious practice, she has handled matters involving probate and administration, wills and trusts, estate-related disputes, debt recovery, landlord and tenant disputes, corporate documentation and regulatory advisory.
Her prior work includes the drafting and review of trust deeds, collaboration agreements, engagement documentation and internal compliance materials, including AML-related policies and procedures. This combination of legal practice, drafting capability and operational execution places her in a strong position to lead a trustee company that requires regulatory discipline, sound documentation standards and practical client management.
At Pavilion Prime Trustees Berhad, Lily is principally responsible for overall corporate leadership, compliance oversight, governance implementation, documentation standards, business structuring and the orderly execution of the Company's fiduciary services. Her cross-functional experience supports the Company's objective of delivering reliable, compliant and client-centred trusteeship solutions.
Mr. Wong Kang Xian is the Managing Director, Operations & Corporate Affairs of Pavilion Prime Trustees Berhad. He is an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and holds an LL.B (Hons) from Multimedia University. His professional background includes corporate and commercial transactions, cross-border business dealings, regulatory compliance, private placement, equity crowdfunding, franchise structuring and licensing matters.
He has advised local and foreign clients on corporate structuring, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, regulatory requirements and transaction documentation. His experience in commercial implementation, compliance coordination and business expansion matters is directly relevant to the operational needs of a growing trustee company.
Within Pavilion Prime Trustees Berhad, Kang Xian's role is expected to centre on operational execution, corporate affairs, documentation workflow, implementation of business processes, stakeholder coordination and the practical rollout of the Company's products and services. His commercial and regulatory experience strengthens the Company's internal capacity to build scalable and properly administered fiduciary operations.
Mr. JP Soon is proposed to lead the Company's distribution and strategic marketing function. Based on the shareholder structure and your latest instruction that he is active in leading his own agency network, his positioning is best aligned to business origination, relationship-building and channel development.
Within Pavilion Prime Trustees Berhad, his role would be relevant to strategic partnerships, agency distribution, client acquisition, market penetration and commercial collaboration. This positioning allows the Company to leverage entrepreneurial and network-based strengths on the business side while keeping trustee operations and compliance functions separately managed.
Mr. Jay Fu is proposed to focus on business development and agency partnerships. Based on your instruction that he is a leader in his own agency environment, his role is best positioned on the commercial growth side of the Company rather than on internal trustee administration.
Within Pavilion Prime Trustees Berhad, this proposed function would cover external business relationships, partnership generation, referral ecosystems, commercial outreach and agency-driven expansion. This structure is commercially logical for a trustee company because it allows revenue-side leadership and network building to complement, but remain distinct from, regulated operational and compliance functions.
Ms. Chun Kooi Fong (June) is proposed to take a corporate-services and client-coordination role within Pavilion Prime Trustees Berhad. This position is suitable for supporting internal administration, stakeholder communications, onboarding coordination and service continuity across operational functions.
In a trustee company setting, such a function is relevant to the orderly handling of documents, client liaison, administrative tracking and internal coordination between management, service partners and operational personnel. Her proposed role therefore supports the Company's service stability and day-to-day corporate organisation.
